This model is a "heavy duty" boiler which means that the design is very rigid and reliable i operation. It leaves no compromises on quality are accepted and where low purchase price are not the key words.
 

 

 

 

 

 

Some models are also delivered for use in hazardous zone. In that case the units  are designed and controlled according the European ATEX-codes (explosion proof ).

The boilers can be delivered skid-mounted with feed water tank, water treatment and blow-down facility as shown above.

Compared to other electrical steam boilers on the market, these industrial models have a substantial longer life-time. 

The electrical steam boilers are available also as CLEAN STEAM GENERATORS, i.e. in a sanitary and pharmaceutical design.

 


ALTERNATIVE MODULAR
COMMERCIAL STEAM BOILERS
 

The industrial electric boilers from AB&CO are of high quality and they are the most economical types on the market when considering the long term investment. But these boilers are not the cheapest in purchase.

Therefore it is recommended to consider the so-called COMMERCIAL ELECTRIC STEAM BOILERS - a range og modular build units that are easy operated and many other advantages. Still a very reliable solution especially for sporadic steam supply.


 

SPECIAL INSTRUMENTATION

Beside the design as it appear from the photos on the left and the right, it is also possible to get more sophisticated boilers - for instance with special and extensive triple redundant safety with two parallel PLCs - making superheated steam for power plants (gland heating for turbines) at PGT, Isle of Man, UK:

ULTRA-HIGH STEAM PRESSURE

Special steam boilers for ultra-high pressure steam are also avaiable on request. It will be a special task that need to be discussed and clarified in many details.

These steam boilers are dedicated for installations where no compromises on quality are accepted, and where low purchase price are not the key words.
